Velcourt is a leading provider of farm management services and advice to land owners and farming businesses. Following a period of growth, the website presence had become disjointed, inconsistent, inhuman and indifferent.
In 2019, Velcourt approached TAP and Jane Craigie to design and develop a new website that simplified user journeys, promoted the company’s ethos and values, ensuring the core proposition is promoted more effectively.
Consolidate information from a large number of web pages into fewer more coherent sections, encouraging visitors to ‘start a conversation’.
We undertook workshops to clarify different needs of different user journeys and understood the various requirements from different stakeholders inside Velcourt – HR & recruitment of farm managers, business development and customer service.
Combined with our creative and UX design team, this enabled us to develop a customer-centric digital presence, beautifully designed and optimised to accommodate regular content stories.
The new website was launched on time and on budget and is already delivering an increase in search impressions and seen an increase in enquiries (conversations).
